Congratulations to Nadja Velušček!

At Kinoatelje, we warmly congratulate her on receiving this year’s France Štiglic Award, which the Slovenian Directors' Guild (DSR) presents for lifetime achievement in film and television directing. For nearly three decades, she has been contributing to the Kinoatelje program and, together with Anja Medved, directed twelve documentary films, including The Birds Did not Fly, My Border, The Town in the Meadow, The Memory Stitcher, Timeless River, and others that preserve invaluable memories of historical events in the cross-border Gorizia region.
